Ding Liguo (Richard Ding)
Well-known retail and commercial real estate expert in China with more than 12 years senior executive experiences in retail and commercial real estate sectors, 7 year experiences as public servant in foreign trade and investment.
Former managing director of Wumei Hypermarket Corporation, founder of Wumei Hypermarket chain, the modern retailing arm of Wumart (8277.HK), one of China’s leading retailers (April, 2000 – Jan. 2003).
Former national development director for Carrefour China (Feb.1996 – April 2000).
Before joining Carrefour, Richard Ding worked for the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation for seven years on UNDP and international NGO projects.
